The programme envisions building a community of young cultural talents from both Beijing and Hong Kong. We need your active participation!
16 young people like you will attend cultural exchange in both cities, training sessions, and internships in Hong Kong for an 8-week period from July to August 2023. Within this summer, to maximise your learning outcome, we expect you fully engage in the programme and work closely with other participants.

In order to identify suitable students, two rounds of online interviews will be conducted this year. Shortlisted students will first participate in group interviews, working with peers to complete assigned tasks; and the next round of interviews will be individual interviews.
To facilitate the interview process, please indicate the time slot that you cannot attend. Your flexibility will be highly appreciated and would be an advantage.

Please submit a self-introduction deck of no more than 10 pages in different formats including writing, drawing or any medium, and response to the following questions:
Personal Expectations: personal dreams and aspirations, and interest in this programme (150 – 200 words in English; 250 – 300 words in Chinese)
Cultural perspectives: share a cultural product/experience (e.g. book, exhibition, film, festival, digital game, cultural tour, etc) you have found remarkable to you or to your city and tell us why (150 – 200 words in English; 250 – 300 words in Chinese)
Museums and Art for the future : how do you see museums and art institutions evolving in the future? (150 – 200 words in English; 250 – 300 words in Chinese)
